General Terms and Conditions
This lease is intended solely for tourist/transient purposes.

The fee is VAT exempt under Article 10, no. 8 of Legislative Decree 633/72 and includes the rental fee and a flat-rate reimbursement for utilities and condominium expenses. This lease agreement is limited to the period detailed in the reservation and is not subject to automatic renewal. Payment is managed directly by the tenant during online check-in. Check-out is not allowed after 11:00 AM.

If the guest remains in the property past 11:00 AM, MyPlace reserves the right to charge the guest for an additional night. However, this charge will not extend the guest's stay in any case. For the health and respect of all our guests, our properties are entirely non-smoking (violation incurs a fine of €500.00).

Please be aware that there may be stairs or steps within our properties. MyPlace is not responsible for items left inside our properties, lost, or stolen during the stay. In the event of key loss, the guest will be charged €50.00.

The Tenant agrees to return the Property, including furnishings and equipment, in the same condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear. In case of damage to the property or its contents, missing furnishings or equipment, the Landlord will deduct the cost of repair or replacement directly from the tenant's credit card or from any security deposit that may have been required.

This Contract is governed by Italian law. The Contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the Italian language, which is the official (and prevailing over other languages) language of the Contract. MyPlace informs you that your stay is subject to a tourist tax, the amount of which varies depending on the city.

The Tenant authorizes Sweetguest SpA. to disclose their personal data to third parties in connection with obligations related to the lease agreement (Legislative Decree 196/2003). For any dispute in any way connected to the Contract, the exclusive jurisdiction will be in the courts of Padua and Treviso.
